Pardon our mess as we create this page. AS for Sam Sandler's update here is some of the details. Sam continues to work out at home and will soon be visiting the Gym once again working out with his trainer Dave Allen. Soon we will have some more pictures as well as a short video of some of the crazy workouts trainer Dave puts sam through. Hi it's me Sam here. I want to tell you some more of the things I have learned that will hopefully help you as you may be pursuing a better, healthier Body for yourself. First as I have said before you need to have accountability. you need someone to push you as well as support you as you work out. I have also learned that there are some great exercises that can be low impact and high endurance. Let me tell you about Kettle bells. No I am not chasing cows! picture a bowling ball with a handle only these weigh 30-100lbs each. We use them to do all sorts of exercises. to learn more google kettle bells and you will find them as well as videos on how to use them. One of our short videos will include several exercises using kettle bells. Next thing I want to share with you is that I have gained about 2lbs back since not working with trainer Dave. the reason for this is not so much my diet or rather my "Smart Choices" but because of my not doing some of those low impact high endurance exercises. the key to losing and keeping weight off is to make sure that you sweat for about 2-3 hours a week. meaning find some activities that you can do for a period of time that will get the heart rate up and get some good sweating going. It is when you are sweating and feeling out of breath that your body is burning fat, and burning fat is a good thing. The other key is to make sure that you are doing some exercises that will build muscle! the more muscle you have the more fat you burn. MORE TO COME... |
